Why is the MGM grand hosting less boxing events?

I was looking at MGM grands event history on boxrec. It used to be THE place for all the mega fights up until the early 2010's. I noticed in the last 5-7 years there have been considerably fewer events there. I only see about 6 or 7 fights there in the last 5 years. Why is that? MGM Grand was a legendary arena that used to have huge fights. Guys like De la Hoya, Tyson, Mayweather, Pacquiao, have had major fights there. Is there just not as much demand for such large arena's?

In the 80's it used to be Ceasar's Palace, venues go in and out of fashion.
