Aside from Hatton...look at the opponents fight records. That is my point. Torres, Malignaggi, and Quintana were all undefeated. Abdulaev had only one loss in a fight in which he was easily winning!!

Who did May fight that was undefeated beside Hatton? He picks on fighters who are either coming off of a loss, or a fight where the style match up clearly favors Floyd!!

I think that round was even....but if pushed, I would give it to Castillo.

I used to be a fan of Floyd at 130 and 135. He has really disappointed most fight fans at 140 and 147. Yes he has!!

You certainly cannot just look at their records. Look at who they FOUGHT. Abdulaev was winning, just before he got stopped. So what? He got stopped by a nobody. He then lost to a nobody right after Cotto. Quintana was a nobody before beating Torres, a prospect, nothing more. He has never beaten a top 10 fighter. Both Torres and Malignaggi turned out to be good fighters. Torres had fought an abysmal group of fighters prior to fighting Cotto.

Your argument seems to be tailored to allow you discredit Mayweather no matter what. A style match up that favors Mayweather? What style match up DOESN'T favor him? That's something you can say anytime you choose to discredit him.

I'm speaking for every fight fan who is not on his jock, including most boxing writers.

They were low blows. But they weren't called lol. I also feel that Castillo had a KD in that fight that wasn't called. So it's a wash for me. Floyd didn't outland him by much in that final round. Castillo was far more aggressive though.

Really? You speak for most boxing writers? How did he win fighter of the year then from Ring?

This is getting a little predictable. I could care less about Mayweather really. But you present a bad argument mate.

Again, when has Floyd taken a fight against an undefeated prospect...he doesn't and will not!!

What style match ups don't favor Floyd...Cotto, Paul Williams, Margarito, Josh Clottey, Mosley...I can go on?

I'm not just referring to Cotto and Kostya, I'm referring to his choice of fighters at 140 and 147...did he have to fight Chop Chop and Bruseles? I'm surprised he didn't go after Leija!!

Look, when Floyd finally cleans out a division like Calzaghe or the Pac-monster, he will gain my respect and a lot of other fight fans.
