judah was undisputed WW champ held 3 belts and lost to baldomir..baldomir then became undisputed champ but only paid for 1 belt...floyd beat them both....he beat judah for the Ibf and went and fought baldomir for the WBC..i believe the IBF stripped him because they ordered a Judah rematch and PBF wanted to unify against baldomir..so its not like PBF doesnt try to unify..politics wont let it happen..and they definetly wont let it happen in the WW division with all the money to be made
