No its because the hearing was set for the 10th and that date hasnt come yet...Some people here are just plain DUMB

 

I know what the hearing date is, I just dont think there is any thing that California has on Margarito to be honest with you.

 

I've heard that the CA Dept. of Justice is involved here. Hopefully they really are, and they are doing an exhaustive and credible job of investigating this whole incedent. Imagine if this Margarito scandal is just the tip of the iceberg with their findings??

Or maybe because its an INVESTIGATION people are actually taking their time to allow evidence and facts to come up with a conclusion as opposed to just being idiots.
