Why is tomez adamek.so overrated?

its funny how Haye doubters/haters tend to try and discredit wins over the likes of Valuev and Ruiz, when you look at those two names, both have held titles, Ruiz was actually effective with his shitty style in fighting, he did beat alot of Top tier heavyweights, such as Johnson (better version than the one Vitali faced) Oquendo, Holyfield, Rahman.... a win over ruiz isnt something special based on the fighting style that ruiz has, however stopping Ruiz speaks for itself how many times has John Ruiz been stopped?

and to say that Haye doesnt have power thats just crazy.... I like Haye a bit more than I do adamek at this point.... But Adamek has a fight comming up as well if he pulls this off and if Haye pulls his win off, things will get interesting.

 

Haye will KO Adamek. Haye is better than Adamek in every department, probably barring chin and defence.

if both haye and adamek beat the klitschko's, i don't think it would be interesting. haye would blow him away if they fought. there would be a lot of hype, granted, but i don't think it would deserve it. plus, we wouldn't get to see the haye vs vitali fight.

 

yeah but notice, how he didnt fight in this shitty stle against Haye. He knew it was his last fight he just wanted to be exciting once again (as he used to as lighteavyweight for example) If he really wanted to try to win, he would have fought in his usual style.

 

Haye's got a much better chance against the klitschkos, but i d pick adamek to ud him. Good chin, better workrate.

 

Adamek overrated? who is overrating this former light-heavy and former cruiserweight champion who bravely took a Klitschko shot without backing out?

 

Haye hits harder, is fast, but Adamek is FAR better CPer, far better footwork, handspeed is similar, and Adamek is eons ahead of Haye D wise.

This is a pickem fight. I'd take Haye by KO over Adamek, but Adamek could find Hayes shaky chin himself, and is by far a better BOXER puncher than Barrett or Ruiz, both of which hurt Haye.

 

The heavyweight division sucks. You don't have to be rated highly to get a title shot in such a weak division.

Adamek is partially riding on his cruiser record, and rightfully so.

But that said, Adamek has beaten some decently ranked heavies, and given what else is out there, Adamek is certianly top five right now. No question.

I agree his power is not impressive, but he is a VERY tough guy who is VERY skilled, fast, and mobile in the ring.

Not overrated at all, in my opinion.

Adamek is one of the most underrted boxers out there!! How the hell he isn't on the P4P lists after being a 2 weight champ and going for a 3rd weight title is beyond me..
