Right there you've just highlighted what how dumb you are. Watched the fight? Thought no. 'Walked Down' you say? Funny how every judge, the commentators and the majority of fans thought Vitali was winning up to when he quit. I just think you don't know **** about boxing.
Vitali is the baddest mother****er on the planet, AKA the best heavyweight alive. Class is obviously not high on his list of priorities. I kind of like that he has a mean streak going. I wish it was Vitali that HAye was fighting in June with all that T-Shirt controversy going around.
The man's a bad-ass, takes no prisoners. Isn't that all you "boxing fans" wanted. Tyson was no angel..he said some evil, evil things..was scary. Isn't that was Lewis was all about? How about the classless grabbing of the mike from Merchant because he was so frustrated after Larry struck a nerve, saying that he was lucky to make it out of that fight.?What an arrogant ass he was that night.:deal Lewis was no angel,in fact, he was as arrogant they come. He always got hit by lucky punches, no one ever hurt him...he was going to knock Vitali out in the next round har,har,har..:rofl
:happy The thing that makes Vitali who he is is that he knows he's a badass. If you don't like him, that's an enormous annoyance. If you do like him, it's great. The thing that always bothered Lewis about Vitali, and the Klits in general, was that he couldn't outshine them in any one area as he could with most other opponents. They're just as big, are more educated, are successful in the ring, etc, etc, etc. Lewis loved to be the chess-playing, sophisticated giant who could just outsize and physically dominate his foes in the ring. And then you have the 6'6"+, Ph.D-possessing brothers come along and steal his thunder. What's worse, they (or, at least Vitali) can't just be punked-out in the ring like, say, Michael Grant. In fact, Vitali retired you after you won the 'cut lottery' against him and then he clowned you by getting in your mug after the fight and you melted down in your post-fight interview with Larry Merchant. And people wonder why Lewis has been so fixated on trying to help secure the downfall of the Klitschkos for years.
So what, the judges, commentators and fans had Taylor beating Froch but Froch won by KO. Points only count if there's no KO, that's boxing. Anyone could list loads of fights when someone won when they were behind on the cards, Nunn-Toney springs to mind straight away as one.
Wow. Just wow. With all the quotes of Vitali trying to call out a retired Lewis, even after Vitali's own victories and even after all these years, you're going to suggest Lennox is the one who's fixated?
He's probably pissed off because he'll be remembered for loosing to Lewis and takes it out on everyone else.
