Why is Wilder feasting on bums?

Who cares?

Its all about Seth Mitchell.
That Wilder guy has thinner legs than anyone I've ever seen, in proportion to his size.

 

Seth Mitchell has no amateur experience.

And he still fought better fighters than Wilder.

 

Skelton is a bum...and he's 45 years old. This is the same level of comp WIlder is fighting, just built up because he's a Eurobum instead of an Ameri CAN.

 

Wilder has a very very small amateur background. Didn't take up boxing til 2005 2 years later, he's the Golden Gloves and National champ. 1 year later, he's a bronze medal Olympian. Only 3 years to get a medal. Fewer than 30 amateur fights. Very inexperienced and very talented.

 

Wilder is doing the right thing, he is years away from competitive fights, give the kid a break. We don't need to see another young fighter ruined.

 

Sure, but he's a lot older and inactive. He's had 4 fights since 2009.

Wilder turned pro in late 08 and has 25 fights. Haye in the same span has 6 fights. Haye is by far the better fighter, no one will deny that. He had a better amateur pedigree and much more success early in his career.

 

I think Bum fighting is just a way Americans build a fanbase and experiance before fighting serious opposition, and, in a way, I understand since America is such a big place there must by no end of bums and journeyman who the up-and-coming American fighters can feast upon - and, lets face it, Wilder's not the only American prospect fighting nobodies years after his pro-debut - but it gets to a stage where they have to step up and not only has Wilder not done that he does not look likely to do that in the near future.

As an Olympic Bronze medalist, and the only American Boxer to win anything in the 2008 Summer Olympics, he should have had some drawing power to push up quicker than the rest of the American prospects but four years on from his debut he's still signing on to fight nobodies. It makes you wonder whether his promoters have no faith in him at all or whether they're just after easy money.

At any rate there isn't anyway I can respect the guy when he claims to be a serious boxer looking to get World Titles in the future but has yet to fight anyone with a pulse (exaggeration for effect) and has been around the pro scene longer than David Price and about the same amount of time as Tyson Fury and hasn't even achieve half of what they have.

 

Because in comparison his path has been disgraceful to say the least.

Because he has a GLASS JAW, and his handlers know it. One of these tomato cans already had him on the deck for goodness sake, and he's been put on ***** street in other fights!!

Wilder is a FRAUD. His chin is PURE CHINA, his management knows it, and they are just building his record with stiffs until they can get a big money fight and cash out when Wilder gets destroyed.

Don't expect Wilder to EVER fight a live body until it's time for him to make some serious cash for getting starched!!

Usually when fighters are this far into their careers and still facing bums, there is a reason.

I'd say he's hiding something fragile in his mandible. Probably had a glass chin.
