Even though Wilder's camp made those offers. They never intended to follow though. Just a poker bluff.
    "On The Money" was right.

What about the Tarver vs. Cunningham winner? Tarver being managed by PBS, this could be an option.

He can't announce his next opponent until WBC updates their rankings which should be in 2-3 days.

Fat Dan said yesterday it is likely going to be Andrzej Wawrzyk.

If it happens Wilder is officially the worst Heavyweight beltholder of all time.

Good fight, but no way the winner would be ready in time.

Wawrzyk would be awful. In line with Molina. I hadn't heard of neither before Wilder fought them lol

Hughie is NOTHING like Tyson getting all out of shape between fights.

And Peter Fury is trying to get Briggs for Hughie on the Wlad vs Tyson undercard.

If that is indeed the case, Peter Fury would be reckless to not let Hughie take this opportunity.

Wilder has never fought someone who could match his reach and fight from the outside like Hughie can.

Sure, Hughie is NO PUNCHER, but I believe it has less to do with lack of power and more to do with lack of aggression.

I seriously doubt that if he'd wobbled wilder with a nice hook off the jab, that he would let the opportunity slip away.

I believe he'd pounce on him, and get the KO.

Y'all are probably right, but if Hughie has a contract, he'd be foolish not to fight

Wawzryk is on par with Szpilka.

Average power, decent overall skill set, but poor defense and easily shattered glass jaw.

Though in Szpilka defense, what he lacks in jaw, he makes up for in heart.

David Price is still waiting for the call

I really hate myself for even saying it because I have nothing but respect for any person who has had the bottle to box but Wilder is a joke, a fraud and the sooner he is slumped the better, he is the sort of fighter that is seriously bad for boxing.

To be fair, so of the 00's non K defenses were much worse. Drummond by Chaggy comes to mind.

Not to defend Wilder, I'm neither a fan or a hater, but neither is epically bad as much as some earlier belt holders. Both Wawryk and Molina have semicredible wins and are in the top 50

There is NOTHING credible about Andrzej Wawrzyk. Not one damn thing.
