Why is Wilder so injury prone?

    The force he punches with is too strong for his hands,his wrists probably not as strong as they should be...hes only 220 pounds and also probably doesnt work his forearms,therefor....weak forearms equals hand breaks alot if you hit very hard. Technique is also why. Brittle hands is aa sign of the mentioned,and recurring injuries of not punching right all add up.

    He's so out of control he swings them windmills like a 8yr old kid, completely out of control off balance and half the time its so bad he falls himself lmao.
