I think the reason people havent really put any blame on Manny is becuase he is the smaller man who is taking the bigger risk and has done so while at the same time in taking the risk he has also closed the show and finished fights the way we want to see them finished as fans so I think Manny is getting a Pass here by default simply becuase of Floyds personality and his style in which he fights.

What I will say is that this is very stunning to see this fight fall apart, but its not a shocker to me, I had a feeling that some how Floyd would screw this up, but in all honesty I dont think it was Floyd, sure the demand for testing like this is non traditional in the sport but with the biggest fight on the horizon, the one that is going to draw in more fans than any other fight in the history why not test these guys, I say Manny is to blame. Though I disagree that he should be subjected to testing like this.

i know its a lame excuse but i think floyds an ******* for wanting this to be done and manny's an ******* for not doing it.
