I don't think he's on steroids. His refusal to have the tests done will inevitably lead to suspicions being raised.
You dunce, you're acting like PBF is asking Manny to give up his income. Asking for a OSDT is not unreasonable especially when Mayweather would undergo the exact same test. If Pac is clean he has nothing to worry about, right? But that doesn't seem to be the case and you know it.
I blame him. He should take the tests. It is a further black eye for boxing if accusations of steroid abuse on its top fighter are not disproven
A lot of people don't blame Pac because the request for this level of testing by the Mayweathers is unprecedented. Pac has done nothing to ever suggest he is on steroids other than being an exceptional fighter. Other fighters like Mosley, Jones Jr, Vargas and Vitali Klitschko who all have had stories about steroid use or even been caught using performanace enhancing drugs, have never had an opponent make such demands. The fact that Mayweather even asked for such tests suggests he is not confident he can beat Pacquaio. Mayweather in many was forced into taking this fight to save face and some may see this just as another ploy to allow him to avoid risky fights. Would it really shock anyone if he came up with another outrageous demand if Pac were to agree to his terms?
PAC said he would do the tests that Floyd wanted but not a week out before the fight. PAC agreed but Floyd wants blood taken when he wants the blood to be taken which is not happening with Freddie as head trainer.
thats the thing, the question is can a fighter use it and get away with it? not sure about klitschko but jones did test positvie once but cant ever recall mosley ever failing a drug test yet he admitted to using ped. so if he used, why didnt he fail any tests? holyfield is another guy who people on here mention as possibly using ped but he never failed a drug test either so there is no evidence. so it seems that mayweather wants the toughest drug test possible. sounds too over demanding but if pac is clean, most likely he is, why not just take it and call this guy's bluff.
Well if I was Pac and I was clean I would stall on this issue for 2 reasons, 1 look at all the interest this issue is creating, the controversy will help sell the fight. Secondly the longer this becomes drawn out the more Floyd will think Pac is on performance enhancers, which may give Pac a mental advantage as clearly Mayweather will still have doubts wether or not Pac is clean. But maybe thats just me I love messing with peoples minds.
Why not ask Floyd and his daddy to come up with reasonable cause for such accusations? THat would be worth some PPV bucks in my opinion to see how they would come up with more BS and see how many of you hope on that train. Look....Manny agreed to the extra testing...he agreed to the extra blood testing....He even agreed to the multipule testing with blood and random **** testing throughout camp....But Floyd asked for blood to be taken the day of then a week out.. I mean....give it a rest....just say you don't want the fight.atsch
yeah but evetually either mayweather has to back off with the test or pac has to agree. but they definitely using this to sell fight. the whole might be bull****, just to hype the match up.
Personally I think 100% that Pac isnt on steroids, just really confused why he isnt agreeing to one of the bigest fights in history, any one who isnt a "floyd nuthugger" or a "*******" wanna tell me whats goin on without any bias?
I can tell you this, Prior to James Toney testing positive for Roids when he fought Ruiz, Roach and the entire camp knew Toney used Roids, so with that said, the actions that have been taken recently by Manny Pacquiao leads me to beleive that Roach and Manny know they have something to hide. I was in the gym with both for about 5 years, beleive me Roach would lie to his own mother for the kind of money they are about to make with this fight. who wouldnt?
