Yes the answer is very simple on who's to blame, it's the established cheater. Floyd is known for having bad character and personality. He can't rally boxing fans in the name of sportsmanship when he himself cheated and disrespected the sport of boxing in the past.

...and Pac hasn't disrespected boxing with his catchweight bs? Taking a man's WW title while making him fight you at 145 instead of 147 is downright disrespecting boxing IMO. Pac beat Cotto fair and square, but he is NOT the WW champion.

Floyd is trying to **** with Pacmans head. Floyd needs the fight more than Pacman.
How is it goig to look if they don't fight and Pacman fights the winner of SSM & Berto.
Pac then would have fought two fighters that Floyd has been ducking in what two WW fights and Floyd would had ducked another fighter.

What a contradiction. Pacquiao disrespected boxing with catchweight bs but he beat Cotto fair and square? lol :rofl

I was saying Pac beat Cotto at 145, nothing unfair there. I think he would've beat him at 147 too. But he DIDNT beat him at 147, so he shouldn't be the WW champion, and that he wanted Cotto to put his WW title on the line w/o actually wanted to fight him at the WW limit is disrespectful to boxing. Contradiction? Maybe in your world.

    I blame Pacquiao.

If he's really saying he wont agree to random blood tests and Olympic-standard testing then he's the one being the *****.

Thousands of professional (and even amateurs) athletes agree to this thing all the time, and dont make a fraction of what Pacquiao makes per fight.

Why take a special test when you've passed 10 official tests already? If you want more stringent testing, then why just Pac, not all boxers, JUST MANNY PACQUIAO?

What if Manny passes the blood test, and Floyd says because he cycled it out when he was scrutinized, and asks for a hair test? Where does it ****ing stop? I'll tell you. It should have stopped when he passed his urine tests. It should have maybe begun again when the Nevada State Athletic Commision makes blood testing OFFICIAL for ALL BOXERS, NOT JUST MANNY PACQUIAO!

Some people are so gullible. Believing whatever they hear. FYI people this whole thing was started by an old loudmouth crackhead who is bitter at team PAC for annihilating his so called "ITALIAN STALLION".
