Let's look the other way: Have Fury and Hennsey made a single attempt to force the WBO's hand in order to enforce a fight date and begin of negotiations? Have they complained to the WBO that Wlad is evading a fight vs. Fury and should be stripped?

Curiously, they have not! Instead, I hear Fury talk about fighting the winner of Wilder vs. Stiverne. Fury's interest in facing Wlad seems dubious at best.

Word is HBO declined Fury for a fight in USA. They wanted a US opponent, at this early stage in his career Fury is not yet marketable in the US.

Fury Wlad should happen in the summer in a 80,000 seater arena. Why make this in March in 15,000 closed arena? You sound like you'd prefer to make a big event a small one? Why?

Jennings is not more marketable than Fury for the USA fight.
Remember Fury also fought in the US in a spectucalar fight against Cunningham. Fury has the trash talk and size to promote the fight.
