Why isn't Ggg considered a dirty fighter like Ward is?

    Just trying to figure out why Mexican and black fighters can be dirty but not Ggg. I'm actually ok with tactics that s**** the surface of the rules, but you have to be conistent

    Monroe said GGG threw more shots to his hips and thighs than his stomach. Monroe called them small tactics not cheating.

    He said it ****ed up his movement in the middle rounds .

    Well because that's Monroe crying from the fans point of view it wasn't dirty because it wasn't dirty. If you fight you are going to get some shots to the top of your pelvis if your body punching its natural and not evan illegal as it can be right on the belt line

    Ward is considered dirty becuass his an intentional headbutter and excessive clincher. Its very obvious and against the rules and easy to see

    Because he's not blatantly headbutting, elbowing and rabbit punching opponents on a regular basis, and certainly not enough hip shots for the refs to notice. Which wouldn't be smart anyway because it would effect GGG';s hands about as much as it would Monroe's hips.
    And if Willie thinks that GGG hit him in the thighs.:wtf Evidently it was more than just his legs that went numb.:lol:

    Ward hasn't head butt anyone in years.

    When Ggg starts fighting better opposition , I'm sure you'll see more dirty tactics

    Ward put on the word display of headbutting maybe ever seen against Kessler, and he during a lot of his fights leads with his head he also clinches excessively and rabbit punches

    GGG has never fought dirty so we can't see but his style doesn't seem to lead to him being a dirty fighter

    That's mainly because Ward hasn't fought more as a single opponent in years, and that wasn't a very strong one either.

    When watching those examples, the malicious intent looks more obvious to me than it looked in Golovkin's case. Golovkin just looked very focused to me and it's somewhat subtle the manner in which Lemieux took a knee before getting struck. Still a foul nonetheless, but it looks one step below the other examples you showed.

    GiGi is head and shoulders a much bigger cheat than Ward.

    For 8 years Golovkin has avoided facing a top opponent and has garnished his resume with the names of Jr. MWs, Eurobums and ESPN fighters.

    Golovkin is as big a cheat as Klitscho.
