Why isn't hatton in any of the sanctioning body's rankings

Just been on the website and hatton is not on any of the four major sanctioning bodys top ten JW is this because he holds the ibo belt? Just wondering if people could help me clear it up.

 

probably because he just fought at WW and he holds that dumbass IBO belt

Shouldn't be a surprise. The major self appointed sanctioning bodies are corrupt, self serving ,money making machines with little regard to fairness.

 

As soon as he fought Mayweather he lost his standings. This is to prevent any fighter from holding mutiple weightclass titles.
