    He only agreed to the 3rd fight because he thought Marquez had got old and was completely outclassed by Mayweather, he also thought the weight would give him problems.

    He was wrong and Bob won't rush into another fight with him until he's completely shot, like Mosley who they openly ducked after he beat Margarito a few years back.

    ii) Because Bob Arum is a-no, wait...I did that one. Because Arum would rather a) make Marquez wear himself out a little more against Peterson, and b) squeeze the Pacteat a little bluer by pitching him against Timmy the bobblehead Bradley.
