floyd would justify beating mosley after cotto just like he did when he beat juda after baldimor did. Mayweather does not want to fight risky fights just look at his previous fights.

Floyd did fight Judah, who had lost to Baldomir in his last fight, so the prospect of Mayweather-Mosely is not so far fetched. Except that it would be too high risk and low reward. Floyd would go for a rematch with Oscar, because its not a difficult fight. Why anyone would want to see someone as dominant as Floyd fight anyone but Cotto or Williams is beyond me. Oscar couldn't beat Floyd in a month of Sundays, but then again Oscar showed his true colors against Trinidad , and he's faded since then , so it should be no surprise. It appears Floyd is going the Roy Jones - Benard Hopkins route, establishing himself as a dominant force and then picking the easiest fights for the most money, rather than really interesting challenges , like he would get with Cotto or Williams.

While its a great matchup, Mayweather cannot take this fight without losing a lot of credibility. Mosley just got beat by Cotto, and Mayweather has no excuse in fighting Mosley and not Cotto.

like he cares. what was the justification for fighting hatton? for fighting oscar? for fighting baldomir?
he had better challenges during these fights, but he decided to take the easy route each and every time

He had no other acceptable opponents, he pretty much had to fight Judah.
