Let me just make this clear, There is nothing that Margarito has done that would lable him as a "Ducker" The man lost to Santos in their first fight, rematched him sure he lost again due to the cuts sure some feel the fight was going Margaritos way, thats besides the point the point is he rematched him.

Then we have our Paul Williams Mandotory fight for the WBO title of which Tony caught alot of heat from fans when he pondered the idea of dumping the title to take the Cotto fight instead, But Tony went through with the fight anyways, he lost but he still took the fight.

Since then he has fought three times scoring three knock outs winning two major world titles, Now that Tony does have options for the work he has put in, Tony is taking a bit of a breather and who can blame him? over the last two years he has fought all of the best Welter Weights Williams, Clottey, Cintron and Cotto.

its not like he is fighting some bum in his next two fights, Mosley though I think he doesnt have a prayer, Mosley is still a tough task for anybody, though his last fight clearly shows me Margarito will prevail. The Cotto rematch, Well Miguel rightfully deserves one, He gave Margarito a crack to make a name for himself, and the way that Cotto fought he does deserve it.

Williams though he does have a win over Tony, there is still doubt about him, he lost in his first defense, though he did come back and do what he should have done the first time around it still lost alot of public interest in him or what little there was.

Then Williams moves up to Middleweight and fights some bum nobody knows, to be honest I beleive the Williams Margarito rematch will happen, its just not going to happen this year, nor will it happen becuase a bunch of cry baby haters are stomping their feet like children.

like it or not, Tony has sought the best fights out there and fought them win or lose, Antonio Margarito has shown none of you anything that would indicate he is ducking.

I just watched rounds 10 & 11. Margarito tagged Williams at the end of the 10th & then had him in trouble in the 11th. Williams was clinching the whole round. Larry Merchant even said that Margo had Williams in deep water!
    Are you blind!:patsch:patsch

I agree Pimp, I agree, Williams beat Margarito in a close but clear fight, each round had a clear winner and a clear loser I had Williams by one single point, and that fight was won in the 12th round.

I had the fight 8-4, but I agree that the winner of every round clearly won each round

I had Williams winning the fight 9-3 ... Margarito had his moments but most of them were in the latter rounds .... I think that he won 3 of the last 4 rounds ... I had Williams definitely winning the 12th.

I came to realize that Margarito might get knocked out by Williams a second time around.

9-3 is too wide. 7-5 is too close for me.

I got that fight on video ... along with 1,000's of fights in my archives ... if I tell you I had the fight 9-3 then I had it 9-3 ... its all a matter of opinion.

But like I said before ... Margarito had his moments but not enough to clearly win rounds ... the latter rounds Margarito surged and made an effort but not enough to win the fight ... he won maybe 3 rounds ... Williams moved and boxed beautifully ...

For the record Bazooka ... I don't give a **** about what anyone on these boards think of me ... I've proven myself and don't care if i'm along with the majority in my decisions.
    Its what I think ...

I can tell you this though ... head to head ... not too many people here are f**kin' wit me ... I come through with my own opinion and stick to it unless the fighter in question proves otherwise.

Watch that fight over again ... if you can watch it without a bias opinion ... real boxing fans (IMO) can watch a fight w/o the influence of commentators and crowd noise and come up with their own opinion.

You must not know **** about boxing ... looking for a co-sign to validate your opinion ... what a chump.

You guys have to remember that its a fight and that there are going to be moments when fighters get hit clearly but you can't let that **** cloud your judgement because thats only one moment out of a 3 min round ... in a 12 round fight ...

If some of you guys ever been in a fight before you would understand how a fight goes ... boxing is on a more organized level --

Many of people who I respect on these boards I disagreed with but i'm not going to say they don't know boxing because of that ...

Bazooka ... you're a punk and you don't know the smell of your arm pits from you *******.

LoL. When I watch a fight for the second time, I put the volume on mute, cause I dont want my judging to be altered by what the commentators are saying, or the crowd noise. & if a round is very close, I ask myself who would I have rather been for that 3 minutes.
