Why isn't there a Margarito v Williams II on the horizon?

Yes AM had injuries himself, but his injuries weren't as big as Clotteys injuries. I'm not discrediting AM's toughness, cause I know if he would've broke his hand he would've continued the fight also, but dont question Clotteys toughness, he's one tough SOB

 

Clottey had a BRUISED KNUCKLE He said so himself!!!

 

Arum will never pay him much mind cause Arum has Cotto & AM already. Plus Clottey doesnt have much of a fanbase as it is. But one thing I can guarantee, Clottey would beat the breaks off of Cotto & AM.

I don't give a **** about the fanbase. He should be the one fighting Margo next. People can try to justify the Cotto II fight, but they sound just like the people they always criticized for being "money first"...

I did see the post fight interview, However did you see the Clottey Pre fight interview the night he fought Chico Corrales? Karol Bryant or what ever her name is asked Clottey about the "Broken hand" and if it was going to be an issue, and Clottey replied that his hand did not break the Dr said he had a bruised Knuckle.

So if you have a full copy of that broadcast dig it out becuase Clottey is on the record in saying that.

 

I wish I did have a copy of it, unfortunately I dont. But truth is that Clottey hurt his hand during training for AM, it was still in pain but he was able to deal with it, but once he got in the ring vs AM, he hit him & all that pain came back.

 

And you think that somehow Margaritos two injuries did not hurt? Your being what we call biased kid, and thats the truth. Both men had injuries but I think a sprained wrist and twisted ankle hurts a hell of alot more than a ****ing bruised Knuckle.

 

When you say it like that, it sounds correct, but you're leaving out the facts!

 

What facts? they are all there! Clottey had a bruised Knuckle Margarito had a twisted ankle and sprained wrist, what else is there? Clottey had too much Bacon with his breakfast? what am I missing?:huh

Your right he had the Tiajuana Tornado in front of him while he had that Bruised Knuckle, I am saying Clottey himself admitted to a bruised Knuckle in the pre fight interview just before he beat Corrales, if there were more to it Clottey would have said so but it was nothing more than a bruised knuckle

 

Be serious, fighters bruise their knuckles all the time, dude wasn't only suffering pain from a bruised knuckle
