Why isn't there a Margarito v Williams II on the horizon?

That's right, fools. If you are going to fight PBF, you have to be a boxer coming off a loss (Judah), a journeyman (Baldo) who beat the overrated champ (Judah), a C+ fighter (Gatti), or a businessman (DLH). Now that's G.O.A.T credentials, and I dare you fools to prove otherwise!!! :roll:

Apparently, since he won the rematch, many act like his loss didn't happen. Sorry, it still counts as a loss to an unranked WW (he didn't enter the top ten till AFTER his win over Williams).

The way I see it, Margarito lost to a higher ranked WW in Williams, then when Williams lost to Quintana. That is taken into consideration. But instead, a simple answer from simple folks... :hey

 

Losses happen in this sport. In case you didn't know, Margo has 5 of them. I'll give Williams credit though, he did avenge that loss. I can't say the same about Margo in regards to any of his losses.

Williams should have gave him a change when Margo ask for the rematch just like a lot of great fighter's do when they take the belt from the champ but that didn't happen and now a lot of you are saying that he duck Williams when Margo is not retire yet.

I will keep holding on to what's true...btw what has Willams done after he beat Margo? Nothing just he got a lost on he's rec fighting a Cotto left over and hasn't beaten a top fighter in a while unlike Margo he has a great win against Cotto and now he is fighting Mosley that's another big name... but i do feel they will fight later on mark my word.

 

Who do you want Williams to fight at 147 to earn his shot.

His is easily the number 2 WW in the world. If he were to "earn" his shot at Margo, should it not be someone in the Top 5 at least?

 

I will love to see the Margo rematch but they are some great young fighter's like him self at 147 Clottey,Cintron winner of Berto vs Collazo or even Carlos Q #3

Carlos who even Lance said was not ranked when he beat PW, earns him a shot at Marog?

Us fans of boxing want a champion declared in the division. The only way that will happen is if the true number 2 (Williams) fights Margo.

i hope this 2 will meet again, but i would favor williams if this happens.

i don't think shane can defeat margarito though.
