Why isn't there much hype around Chocolatito vs Estrada II?

The Heavyweight division is full of drama, the size of those Giants make it more dramatic because they are rare....The lower-weights are physically average Asians -the biggest human demographic-, so there is no exotic element about them, the boxing superiority only makes them more ordinary to the casual fan.

The lower weights will have to go down to 65lbs & 4'00" to match the extreme of Heavyweights, in that case more casuals will be interested

 

Well since I'm a hardcore diehard I'm anxiously awaiting this fight. I absolutely love Roman " Choccolito " Gonzalez, he always brings it and am hoping he can pull off what I consider would be a fantastic comeback ,after he was ko'ed some time ago I thought he was finished especially at these lower weights.

 

More than likely, mainly because his team will not want smaller paydays at 105-108

At 105-108 he can comfortably make weight and try to become the first Undisputed world champion for either weight class.

 

Apparently the WBC has ordered Rungvisai to face the winner of this match up. If Roman wins will he get in the ring with him again?

 

The lack of hype is mostly due to Chocolatito's losses. Took a lot of the luster off his reputation. I still think it's a great fight, and I'm really looking forward to it. Winner vs. Rungvisai will be terrific too.

 

I can't wait for this and what lies for these guys' future.

 

I'd love for Roman to win and meet the Tai fighter again to avenge his 2 loses but I don't want to see history repeat itsself because sometimes that 1 fighter just has your #.

 

This is a 50/50 fight for me, Roman has to start quickly and plant the seed of dought in his head. Then got to work.

 

I thought Estrada was gonna get stopped last time out.

 

They are just too small. You make excellent arguments, but they are just tiny. Also seems like it's been awhile since the first fight.That said, who is promoting it? Will it be on DAZN or ESPN or FOX or Showtime? I'll fuggin watch it.
