co-sign. what is wrong with them. It has been proven time and time again that Kesslr and Calzaghe both get alot of props on this side of the Atlantic, but Euro's are always complaining that noone likes european fighters. LAME.

No one is at their best when they lose. There is always an excuse when guys lose a lopsided decision. Adamek was the clear fav going into the fight. There were nothing but excuses for why he lost afterwards.

 

I explained this years ago on this board. By and large, historically, the best competition can be found in the States and if they weren't either born or bred there they choose to fight there. As soon as the Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Americans, Colombians, Dominicans, Cubans, etc begin to base themselves outta Europe then we'll say go to Europe but as long as they continue to fight stateside then that's where you wanna go if you consider yourself a world class fighter who wants to fight the best.

 

Adamek lost to a young crafty LHW CHAMPION over 12 rounds in a Championship fight...where is the shame in that???

I've read plenty of the Calzaghe threads. I really don't see much in they way of Adamek getting overhyped in any of them. This seems like another fabricated complaint.

 

I agreee with you. There was no shame. He's rebounded nicely, and I think he has a good chance at beating my boy Cunningham in December.
