    Well, yeah, was slightly bored with the Chad Dawson/Joe Calzaghe threads. If everyone just cut and pasted everything they wrote on the Kelly Pavlik/Joe Calzaghe threads four months ago, we'd accomplish much the same thing.

    Nothing against Adamek at all. Why would I have?

    Just goes to show you that America will forever view a white fighter with an extra amount of reluctance.Add to that being Euro and it's a double whammy!

    Take a good look at his Dec 11 opponents resume and you tell me why it is so much more credible.His biggest fights are against what you would consider Euro bums....this is not a Steve bashing post but rather me pointing out how stupid some "fans" can be.

    Then why is a guy like Malignaggi received so well? Wlad has gotten over pretty big here as well despite being knocked out three times. Calzaghe became HBO's new darling after beating Lacy. Pavlik got a big push pretty early on.

    Cunningham gets very little support in the states(Adamek will probably have more fans at the fight). It is for this reason that so many of his fights have been overseas.

    That's obvious but it doesnt change the fact that his opponents are what the thread starter considers to be Eurobums.

    What makes Steve's resume so much more difficult or legit?

    Who's making that argument?

    They are both mainstays on HBO. Most of the casual fans I talk to love these guys. The hate they receive seems to come from mostly internet bloggers.

    Adamek a bum?Hah,that is a good one....the guy is an excellent boxer,good skills,god legs,chin,heart,he heard of something called a jab.He has speed etc.Cunningham will find out why he ain't a eurobum soon
