    What more can he do?

He fights 3 times a year, takes on all comers and has completely demolished the heavyweight division.

He not only wins but knocks mofos OUT.

Surely his resume is more deserving than Mayweather or Pacquiao? I mean the names are not great but he fights EVERYONE.

    No? Well... worth a shot

He needs to fight some cruiserweights at a catch weight, like Jones, Hernandez, Huck, been ducking them for way too long now. That will give him my respect.

    :yep

I once heard someone say Mike Tyson was ducking cruiserweight when he was champ. Why would the heavyweight champion of the world, the highest you can possibly get, need to earn respect by fighting guys in a division below? Unreal.

    He shouldn't be number one.

But there can be a case for him being top 5, or higher than most people have him, depending on criteria. Pac and May have dominated in many weight-classes. But Andre Ward for example, and even Sergio Martinez, are ranked generally top 3-4, some have either even as high as 1 or 2, based on their work at primarily one division. Wlad has dominated the hw division for years (albeit a weak one) but when you see Ward being put as high as 2-3, based on his super-6 win and win over weight-drained Chad Dawson, maybe a case can be made for having Wlad higher and certainly top 5.

Heavyweights don't make top P4P because that list is for little men. Wlad knocks out Mayweather, Pacquiao, Ward, Froch ... with just a jab. They would **** in their pants if they had to face Wlad in a ring.
