You know, I hate those threads where it ends up being a throwdown.

I like the ones where you may disagree, go back and forth with point and counterpoint and then in the end it's "Well lets wait and see" or "I see your points, but just don't agree" and everyone moves on.

Nowadays, everyone is quick to judge, and even with proof in their face, they deny to the end. Not opinionated proof, but cold hard facts. You know, Bigtime calls me a PBF hater, and Dominga calls me a PBF lover.

The guy who called Pacman overrated said I was a Pac lover, and then last night I was called a Pac Hater.:deal Gotta love ESB.

Lol...Hey, I understand that some Americans are biased. Some Euro's are biased. I just don't get judging a poster on that and not his views and what he posts.

I'm not familair w/your fight views, but strongly agree with the above. I've been on the net continuously since the mid 90s. Been involved w/many boards - sports, politics & econ, games, etc. Some are more moderated than others, some have a higher or lower intellect level. But they're similar in terms of particpants. All of them have posters where you can have a fun debate w/o throwing childish insults, then there's the trolls and wind up guys. Some clever trolls can be amusing, most are not. And then you have the just plain idiots or psychos that are a waste of time.

There seems to be some universal law of internet boards at work here. :think

I've been reading ESB for about 3.5 years, but only made it official in early July '07.

I never called you a hater, you're just not that smart. pick a fight with someone you have an advantage over. floyd is undefeated right now, there is no argument you can win that I put forth about floyd's greatness as long as he remains undefeated. when he loses then you can try and debate his greatness, right now it's a fait accompli mon ami:deal

By that reasoning, you would have to rank Marciano was the greatest heavyweight ever (which he isn't).

    Back to the drawing board?

are you comparing marciano's comp to floyds. I mean hatton is 43-0 does that mean he has accomplished as much as floyd. is hatton even close to winning 5 titles in 5 weightclasses.

so I guess it's back to the drawing board for you:deal the marciano analogy doesn't work with floyd surely you can do better.

Yes you have called me a PBF hater.

And I have already beaten you in every argument we have had. I need not further prove that. Being unbeaten doesn't make you better than everyone else....otherwise you couldn't differentiate between PBF, Hatton, Calzaghe etc.
