If ODLH managed to gas himself against little Floyd's pressure it's no wonder he doesn't want to face Margarito.

In reality, the person that deserves the fight the most is probably Winky Wright but that will never happen unless Oscar wants another guaranteed loss on his record. Winky would cut off his right arm to make 154 and jab oscar to death in a shutout performance. Everyone wants Oscar.

 

He's already lasted 15 years with that style and is still going strong. You must remember that Margarito was sub-par for Clottey, too and he virtually ran him out of the ring in the 2nd half of the fight. He'll handle Williams in a rematch. I'm sure he'll make adjustments to ensure that result..Margarito is the best 147 pounder in the world and he'll show that against these challenges.

Of Course, he wants Oscar. The money would be great, especially after his electrifying win over Cotto. But Oscar won't do it. He's not looking for a brutal beatdown in his swan song fight.:smoke:smoke

The funniest thing about Floyd getting so much **** for wanting the second fight with Oscar; The same people who were giving him **** for wanting to fight an "old washed up" De La Hoya, were the same people who were claiming Oscar was robbed in the first fight.

People just want to hate on Floyd, because he's a young, rich, black American and he has a big mouth. Margarito will never get the same flack Floyd gets, because he's hispanic. It doesn't matter that he has almost NO defense and would likley loose to the 3 fighters you mention.
