"I will request that the judges for this fight will be composed of one Mexican judge, one Filipino and one neutral judge [from outside of Nevada]. This time I don't want the judges to be appointed by the Nevada Athletic Commission, who normally appoint three Americans from their staff. I do not know if my request will be processed, but I'm going to make it,"

Does it matter or just want to make sure he's safe in case he's robbed again according to him?

Its a fair request he deserves to have some security..

Its not like what he proposes puts pacquiao at an unfair disadvantage so i say there is no reason to deny the man his request

Basically you're saying that he dont trust Nevada judges anymore. But look at what happen to PAC's lost to Bradley from judges' decision, majority says he was robbed but never whines at all.

    It's fairly self explanatory.

Yep. Touche. Very true. I would even add that Pac can afford to lose a match and still be able to sit high and mighty since he has made so much money and has so many peasants rubbing his nuts. Marquez is still very hungry and to be robbed of something he's worked so hard for is devastating.

Let's rewind back to Pac's very first fight against Morales. What did Pac do when he heard the decision? He literally started bawling like a child in the ring. Don't tell me Pac doesn't whine.

I don't blame him. After their last fight and the Bradley fight I wouldn't have much faith in them either

it also makes sense for pac.

these same nevada judges seemed to have penalized pac for not living up to their expectation.
