45/45 and 10 to the winner was a good offer.

Why Floyd no accept this offer? Only 1 clear answer.

He is scared of Pacquiao's style. He knows Pac will throw too many punches and he will not have time to think.

because that's an unrealistic deal to be made. it makes sense to those of us who aren't promoters or fighters.

Before fights, fighters like to guarantee numbers, that's why.

I don't think a professional boxer in Mayweather's caliber would be scared of Pacquiao, especially after Pacquiao's 3rd fight with Marquez. Marquez is a poor man's Mayweather when it comes to counter punching with serious speed.

Because he would take a pay cut, while Manny/Arum make more than double what they've made in any other fight. Floyd made 40 million fighting Ortiz, he made 60 million fighting SSM, there's no way the fight generates enough money for them to split the dollar amount down the middle and it make financial sense. 40-45 million would almost double Manny's highest payday, That's great, but with Floyds current model he makes that against the Ortiz's of the world, so for this fight to come off the split can't be 50/50 because it's a horrible deal for floyd. He's not going to take a pay cut while Manny makes more than he ever has, hence the "never agreeing to 50/50" statement.

No it not-You can make the fight easy with this one. It give's both fighters something to fight for.

It's very doable..I think Floyd no want this deal cuz he is scared of Pacman.

Scar Pacquiao beat Marquez convincingly on 2 cards. The judges had right call.

***** the highest payday in the history is De La Hoya fight with Mayweather.

De La Hoya made 52 million.

50/50 and fight could have been made and lawsuit dropped and drug test would happen. Pac could have convinced on Arum for May 5 date and venue.

***** just talk ****-no real answers.

45 45 and 10 to winner is good split for Mayweather.

It presents an incentive for them to jack you via robbery. Would you trust scumbag emmanuel to not pay off the judges to get himself a couple mil after his last stunt with Juan?

He beat Juan in last fight. I scored it 7-5 for Manny-It was a close but clear victory for Manny. No reason to pay off judges when the judges had right call. Only ***** think it was wrong call.

and I don't think Floyd ever intended to give emmanuel an even guaranteed split except for that one time after their Marquez and Cotto(e) fights

look...i'm a huge pacquiao fan. huge. I had to dig like crazy to be able to reason out a draw for him, first time I saw the fight, every person I was texting to give a round by round to knows that i could not in good conscience give him the fight. It was close, and like both of their fights before that, it's going to be viewed as controversial.

This is simply stupid, to act as if he's "afraid to lose" is just being a blind idiot...basically a cop out answer that has no merit. The De La Hoya he fought was a huge challenge, undefeated Hatton was a challenge, SSM coming off a complete beat down of Tony was a challenge, Corrales was a huge challenge, Marquez wasn't a challenge for him but obviously is a challenge for some at 147, Cotto is a challenge, and this could go on and on...bottom line if the money isn't right...the money isn't right, it's simple as that. Beyond that, Floyd would win this fight and 3/4 of everyone here knows it, what's to be afraid of? Seriously, hes bigger, got the longer reach, is more skilled, and based on what Manny's own fans have said he's more committed in terms of training and work ethic...Manny is over matched, but not because I say so, but because their performances say so.
