ok when was pac supposed to fight williams and martinez? floyd avoided a cotto fight back in 2008 when it was the biggest fight in boxing . now he is avoiding pacquiao again when it is the biggest fight in boxing now. floyd knows how to take care of his zero.

pac was essentially a one-handed fighter when he first fought them., not technically as sound as today. he might be in his physical peak but not well-rounded as a fighter.

    You gotta be shitting me.

You're just naming random heavies without anything to back your claim.

The only two guys you listed who can be ranked higher than Pac are Ali and Louis.

Corbett ranking higher than Pac has to be one of the dumbest things ever posted on this forum.

Man, Pacquiao didn't face Mosely when it was the biggest fight in the division.

He didn't face Martinez when he asked for the November date at 154. He fought Margarito instead.

Why did he fight Margarito over Martinez? As Martinez would have probably beat him.

Pacquiao's side stepped as many tricky opponents as Mayweather.

And his resume since Marquez has been little more than facing grade B opponents, rather than the really hard figjts

Man, that's your standard response to any fact that doesn't go with the theory

    "Floyd Mayweather is terrible"

Floyd's beaten heaps of quality opponents. Just as many as Pacquiao

If Margarito and Cotto is your definition of quality

Man, you're just demonstrating the general theory. You're only claiming that as Pacquiao is pretty hyped at the minute

Go on Dempsey, Corbett, Johnson's resumes and you'll find they've fought and beat about 5 hall of famers each

Titles in 8 different weight classes ?
Nobody has ever done that in boxing history and it may never be broken.
    Get off the crack.

I actually meant Jim Jeffries. His resume is far superior to Pacquiaos.

He probably fought 5 of the top 75 boxers of all time. And beat 4 of them

You honestly believe Pacquiao has beaten better fighters than Jim Jeffries and Jack Johnson?

I'll just reel off the names for you, just for Johnson

    Bob Fitzsimmons
    Tom Sharkey
    James Corbett
    Sam Langford
    Jack O'Brien
    Jim Jeffries

That's 5 of the 10 hall of famers he beat.

Pacquiao's higher with most as he's more exciting.

    Every fight's a battle. A major achievment.

History has no respect for how hard you tried. It's just who you've beaten

Pacquiao will drop when he retires. Floyd will rise.

Just because 90% of the issue with Floyd is the media just don't like him very much and talk him down

To be fair, if you'd told Duran to take on a shot name, for a vacant belt, at a catch weight, he'd have considered it an insult, and beat the crap out of your mother, to teach you a lesson, as he wouldn't consider you worthy of using his fists on.

Pacquiao's titles - at least 3 divisions are a boxing joke

Lightweight and junior middle the worst

Lightweight was LOADED when pacquiao moved there. He ducked everyone there

You know, if Pacquiao had beaten Marquez (at any weight) and Mosely in his last 2 fights, easily, you'd be blubbing your eyes out with joy, and would be demanding every 3rd child born be named "Emannuel" in his honour.

Truth is, Floyd does it easily, and it's "who cares".

Those fights are wars for Pacquiao. Challenges.

Mayweather, they know he's going to beat almost anyone easily. Accept it before he even gets in the ring
