That's because it's true(some fans are just totally biased mind you), though i don't think the BArkley one would beat Leonard either. The styles obviously played a big part in Duran's success. Howver you would have to be a naive simpleton not to see Duran and Leonard were only in it for the money in the third fight and put on what was basically an exhibition.Sure it would have been closer if Leonard decided to stand in front of him, but that's besides the point. Duran and Ray were frauds on that night. As far as a third fight after the second, Duran didn't deserve an immediate rematch after quitting.
I rather enjoyed ODLH schooling for the first 9 rounds.. One of the best displays of boxing in modern times.. He just ruined it in the last 3 though. Michael Nunn-Marlon Starling was pretty boring... But Duran-Leonard III tops the list, usually when fights are that boring i walk out the room, but Duran is my all time fav and was hoping he would do something, so i watched every sucking round:barf
I forgot "Tyson-Smith":-((... YES! DLH out-boxed Tito easily over 12 rds..... On my card, DLH didn't need rds 10 thru 12 to win... He was well ahead after 9 rds.... ROBBERY! :deal MR.BILL:bbb
