OK, November 22 is just around the corner. Why no discussion on the potential end of Ricky Hatton's career?

Let me say this: a feather fisted metrosexual kid from Brooklyn is going to embarrass Ricky Hatton and shamefully send this obese, beer guzzling chap back to the Queen of England.

I've often heard Fatton fans say, "Malignaggi doesn't hit hard enough to beat Hatton." That's just dumb. Last time I checked a fighter doesn't need to hit hard to score enough points to outpoint his opponent. If any of you haven't noticed Fatton looked rather lethargic against Juan Lazcano. Something was wrong with him. You could see the wind has been taken out of Fatton's sail. Perhaps PBF had something to do with this? :yep Malignaggi is aware of this. He will take advantage of a depleted Ricky Fatton with swift, eloquent boxing - racking up enough points against Fatton with quick combos and lateral movement to win a close but unanimous decision.

You heard it here first, folks.

I think a lot of the Hatton "fans" jumped ship when he lost to Floyd. They now go on about another boxer all the time.

You are right, Hatton rarely gets mentioned nowadays. Personally I'm quite looking forward to this fight.

idk for anyone who saw malignaggis fight with herman ngoudjo, i cn easily see hatton wearing him out. yes malignaggi is sick with it defensively but he will not be able to keep up that workrate for 12 rounds against a very motivated hatton.

Your right Hatton was not the same after PBF, but that was one fight!!! I hope he shuts the italian ****** up, cos Hattons a gent and Paulie is a disrespectful bum.

I think hattons gonna be back on track and stop paulie in the middle rounds.

Just imagine the backlash if Paulie beats Hatton. It's going to be a sad day for England and Hatton fans.

rarely gets mentioned where ? on this site ? i hardly think thats an accurate barometer of public opinion. he'll be taking more people over a further distance than calzaghe, he's still using up more column inches than him here and maybe its cos im in manchester but the people are looking forward to this fight. ricky gets mentioned plenty.
