Why not Floyd vs Berto?

At this point, Floyd would absolutely murder Berto. I'll go so far as saying Floyd would probably tko Berto late. Lets not forget what Collazo did to Berto.

Either way it obviously won't happen because as someone else stated, Money fights for Money, and Berto isn't worth enough of it to get May in the ring, an ecspecially now that May isn't interested in abc trinkets (which I think is great for boxing).
