How many times would you like to see Quintana brutally beaten down by the elites until you realize he's not one of them?
There's really no point since the punisher has been fighting above 147 for a while now. I can only see him going down to 154. Unless he gets a chance to fight mayweather-mosley or cotto @ 147 , i don't think he'll fight anybody else at 147 besides those 3.
ok any body want to respond to this one .......................anybody from the Paul Williams fan culb that can field this question???:rofl
How the **** can you even read it? I guess if I were to respond to it I would say that PW has at least a dozen more interesting and lucrative fights he could take than Quintana. What's all this noise about Quintana anyway? He's nothing special. How did he suddenly get enough fans to get his own thread?? lol...
But Williams is night and day to the fighter he was in the first Quintana fight. His defense has gone from terrible to pretty damn good (his head movement, foot, glove and body placement has become very good in fact...and he no longer moves straight backward)...and his offense has even gotten more polished. I think he would DESTROY Quintana if they fought again. Honestly, its not a fight Im interested in at all. Since losing to Paul, he hasnt done much, where as Williams has shined. They are at two different points in their careers now. No need for this one honestly...
yo for real paul dont want it, quintana would put a clinic on that boy again. takes more skill to out box your man for 12 rounds then to get a lucky shot off in the first.
Williams is peaking and has achieved tremendous success since he iced Carlos. Carlos, hasn't done anything. Honestly, an immediate rematch would've been best. Since that didn't happen, I'll let it go. Paul was **** in the 1st fight, and still won 5 rounds. Combine that with the results of the rematch and how they looked lately, Paul TKO4.
Carlos hasn't done **** to deserve a rematch.....why would he give him the rematch to tko him in 2 or 3 rounds as opposed to 1...Paul is a beast...took a victory over Winky and has no reason to be scared of any 147 lb fighter especially when they would be movin up to 54..
Quintana gave Williams a rematch, but Williams refuses to give Quintana a rematch. When Margarito beat the blood out of Williams, blood everywhere, Williams refused to fight Margarito again for huge money. Good thing William's judges were at ringside.
