Haye doesn't need Chisora and beating him does nothing for his career. The Audley fight was a joke and hopefully Haye realises his next fight, if not against Wlad, has to be against a serious Heavyweight. I don't think Haye is interested in being a mandatory - he wants the fight on his terms. Whether that's realistic or not, only time will tell.
Because Chisora would literally annihilate him in the first 20 seconds and Haye, being the smart guy that he is, knows that. WAR CHISORA
Ive no problem with Vlad facing Chisora, its not like hes ducking other fighters by doing it. Haye on the other hand has a big list of names from the top of the heavyweight rankings who he is yet to face, im not calling him a ducker im just saying id like to see him face the likes of Peter and Arreola.
The difference is that Haye has much better available opponents than the Klits. The Klits have already beaten most of the top guys, and the other ones seem to be avoiding them. Haye, in the meantime, could fight Chagaev, Adamek, Povetkin, Chambers, Arreola, Peter, etc. Those guys are all off the table for the Klits. So no, Haye-Chisora would not be acceptable. If that's his next fight, then he deserves whatever **** flies his way.
Haye doesnt want any part of Chisora. He could lose his paper belt, any chance of a Klit mega fight and be yesterday's news for a mere couple of mill.
Let's be realistic; Chisora has as low changes against Haye as against K2. Derek got his name known without getting unnecessary, bad beating. Like many posters here has suggested Sosnowski would be (very) hard enough test for him. If he's able to beat him it'll raise many eyebrows and lifts his career to another level. Certainly all of us here are interested to see his next fight and with few wins boosted by little help from Sky he might be able to break through in UK media.
Assuming that Haye is approaching boxing purely as a business now and only wants to make money i.e. he has no interest in fighting the Klitschkos............................this is an 'opportunity' for him to fight Chisora. Nobody could question the opponent because, after all, Chisora was going to fight Wladimir so he must be a worthy opponent. Easy money for Haye so I half expect this fight will be made.
NO, no, no... I wasn't happy with Wlad - Chisora at all, because we know he wouldn't stand a snowballs chance. But I thought it was better than no opponent at all. Haye - Chisora would mean that since Haye got the WBA strap, he would have his 3rd weak opponent in a row... unacceptable! And he doesn't fit Haye's opponent requirements. - Has to be 37 or older. - Has to be knocked out early at least once in his career. - Has to be no threat at all.
Haye just fought, by his leisurely schedule he's not due for another fight for like 11 months. And even then it will be against someone in their late 30's/early 40's.
Jesus Christ please don't encourage him. A fight with Chisora right now would be an embarassment. The only reason he fought Audley was a massive payday for a cakewalk. Chisora brings nothing for Haye to fight him.
