Pointless fight for Haye: there's no point in this stage in his career in risking everything against a worn-out old warhose, who still has the kick but has lost the reputation. Haye has everything to lose and nothing to win, and would be facing an unpredictable puncher who might just do something amazing. Another reason why is that the logical place to hold the fight (in terms of public interest) would be London, but Hide is a wanted man in the UK.
I think Hide and Haye are the same guy, which means that Haye's chin will be an issue if he moves up. Who wins between the two? Flip a coin. This one's a gun fight. Hide got the experience, and can still bang. Haye is younger / fresher and can also bang.
Bad fight for Haye. If he vaporizes Hide, he has overcome an old and chinny foe. And Hide has of course the puncher's chance, seeing his evident power and Haye's suspect chin.
