Why not Hoya-Mayweather rematch, instead of Matthew Hatton talks?

The Matthew hatton-Mayweather talks does not make any sense at all.

The Hoya-Mayweather however makes money sense. Even if some fans will be turned off by the idea, but the first fight made something like 2.4 millions PPV. Even the worse assumption that half would be turned off, it would still amke 1.2 million, still among the biggest PPV in boxing history.

And knowing Hoya's crusade to make boxing better, I am sure he could unretire to fight the best fight there is.

Plus the fact that GBP promotes mayweather, the fight is not a hard fight to make, like the Top Rank's Pac vs. Cotto.

Are you serious? There is absolutely nothing to prove fighting tired, old DeLa Hoya again. Floyd would get crucified for fighting either ODLH or M. Hatton. Only a few of his most ardent nuttriders would support either of those as his next opponent.

But this makes more sense than Matthew Hatton economic-wise. Hoya can always unretire.

Ducking? You claim this was an easy fight for PBF, hell it was a KO win. Why is it your boy is now looking for any reason not to fight? Why is PBF walking away from this sparring session?

You're on record claiming this is a cake walk for PBF. So can you explain the reasoning behind his ridicules demand that killed the match?

maybe ricky hatton is planning a low key comeback and would rather be the supporting fight to someone who is a bigger attraction. PBF faces the other hatton making it easier for hatton to be on the card without overshadowing it because lets face it you're not overshadowing PBF, no matter how popular you are.

im probably way off the mark but to be honest its just a thought...
