Why not just have open scoring?

    But it can also work in the other guy's favour. He realizes he's down he will Chase the guy, let him run that may work against him. You will see the guy who is down going for a ko before the last round so it will still be dramatic. Gives him extra impetus to go for it cos he clearly knows he's down and not just going on his corner's interpretation.

    Lets say I win 7 rounds on the judges score cards. What incentive do I have to engage after hearing that news in the 8th? I would run like a mofo and win.

    How would it end corruption?
    Because people might boo during the fight instead of right after it ended?
    Going to take more than that to clean up the sport.

    The fact is, fighters SHOULD fight like they want to win every round. But that isn't the case.
