I'm thinking Floyd will not fight anyone like a Kelly at 160 AS THE SIZE ADVANTAGE WOULD BE HUGE...I think Sturm-Mayweather in Germany would be massive! On top of that it would be a title fight and floyd could get that 6th weight division title should he win. Sturm is a "boxer" so I dont think the style would be much of a problem...The size might be...thoughts?

Sturm rightfully (but unofficially) beat a naturally bigger guy than Floyd at roughly the same point in that guy's career/peak abilities (in re: DLH). There's no reason to think Floyd can or should hang with Sturm. Bad risk/reward.

Do you really want Sturm to embarrass another legend?

Exactly. Even on the wane of his career's orbit, and having never been anywhere close to the p4p talent Floyd was/is - Sturm is still good enough that his size will matter here. Floyd shouldn't tangle with solid natural light middles, let alone solid middles.

    #1 - Mayweather wouldn't fight in Germany.
    #2 - He's not a 160lber.
#3 - There's bigger fights out there if he wants them.
    #4 - He only weighed 150 against Oscar @ 154.

It's 4 pounds and Sturm never has trouble on the scales, routinely weighing in below the MW limit...up to a couple of pounds below.

Why should Sturm be considered? He's barely better than average.

    Meh.

Sturm would know better than draining himself to 156 besides Mayweather isn't crazy to go after MWs.

Well that's silly. He's quite unambiguously above average. The point here is that he's too big and too little a reward for the risk especially as he doesn't have big name drawing power outside Europe.
