Why not mayweather-sturm at 156?

Doesn't matter anyway. Universum put out a press release today saying they're making Sturm fight Golovkin. They wouldn't risk losing their belt to Mayweather when they pretty much know their own fighter Golovkin will beat Sturm.

 

i know sturm has a new deal over there in germany for something like 10 fights. he will make a boat load of money in those fights fighting less than good opposition. its a win win for everyone in germany. everyone involved is gonna get paid off of sturm. i doubt they are gonna risk derailing that for a fight against floyd or pavlik or williams...hell anyone who would beat him.

he was not even the best middleweight in germany...instead of tryong to throw your dumb stat out in the 1100 middleweights in the world, 1,050 of them working full time jobs....how about just fighting "1" other guy who actually is worth a **** out of the 10 or so thats out there.....?

Because Mayweather's a ***** and would never fight someone the size of Sturm. Sturm is also very skilled. Too dangerous for "Money".

With Golovkin most likely he won't have either judges or refs for him unlike other times.

 

Mayweather has never traveled north of 150lbs in his entire career(See *******s, if Manny feels comfortable at 144 then he should come in at 144, not dictate to a champion what weight to come in at to fight for his belt).

But this fight would never happen, Strum might not be able to make the weight. Mayweather has no interest in getting robbed in Germany. And there are a ton of fights between 147 and there that he could take for a better reward.

Just leave FLOYD alone and let him fight SUPER FEATHERWEIGHTS at WELTERWEIGHT to protect his 0. Let him challenge CHRIS JOHN, he beat JMM too, let them fight at WW. FLOYD has no business fighting REAL WW, just let those SUPER featherweights BLOAT to WW to insure FLOYD's win. Just my 3 cents. :hat

 

sturm is garbage. he was knocked out by an old and battered castillejo. he lost to oscar de la hoya when the man was sporting some beautiful breasts. he should only be allowed to fight in germany. initailly, i thought oscar had lost but when i watched the fight again, i noticed that oscar connected with the harder shots. much much harder.

I hate catchweight fights that are explicitly designed to drain an opponent. See De La Hoya vs. Pacquiao for my reason. It's a pathetic joke.
