Why not Usyk-Parker and Dubois-Chisora at Wembley?

I suspect we will be waiting a while for the WBC to do the right thing though. Kabayel just isn't a big enough draw.

Personally, I have no problem with WBO being first up before WBC. The last WBO mandatory was Usyk. The last WBC mandatory was Whyte. Both are long overdue. Both Parker and Kabayel are deserving challengers. IBF was due but Usyk dropped the belt, so I am against this idea that he gets to just ignore his mandatories to make "undisputed". An undisputed fight that quite frankly holds little meaning until Dubois starts acting like a champion.

Like really, what is the point of having an "undisputed" fight when Dubois has only made one defence and has a recent loss to Usyk already?

I've seen it said on this forum before, but Usyk v Parker & Dubois v Kabayel makes the most sense. Sadly, money talks, and Warren has manufactured a soft touch for Dubois with a defence against Chisora...*
Once the IBF champion establishes themselves a little more concretely, then fans will demand undisputed.

    * can you imagine how this forum would have reacted had Wilder, Joshua, or Fury had their promoters manufacture a mandatory defence against a 41-year-old Chisora :cursing2:

Dubois said he will be fighting in June.

But you guys shouldn’t push Usyk so hard to fight so soon. Usyk is sitting in a chair in his yard watching a tree grow. Eeyore in his lap. Eeyore is eating a carrot.

Been reading Dubois wants Parker in June, dunno how true this is, but for me, if Usyk takes Dubois next he might beat him again, if Dubois takes Parker next and Usyk fight Dubois end of the year that's a huge risk for Usyk. I think Dan beats Parker comprehensively and that that will up his game further. Usyk isn't getting any younger, and its only wine, whisky and cheese that gets better with age....

Dubois inflicts further damage on Chisora, Parker vs. Kabayel is a fight we would love to see, let's hope it happens...

Usyk cannot afford to loose . Look at the first fight in poland which was more an ukrainian propaganda show for the people, including a speech of the ukrainian president , than a sporting event .

All will be arranged usyk wins for sure

To add to this, Kabayel turned pro in 2011 and has accumulated 26 fights.

Parker turned pro a full year after him and has 39 fights.

Even Andy Ruiz has had 12 more fights than him and he is not known for his activity.

So it's not like Kabayel has ever really gone for it. He's an interesting fighter but he is getting a bit overhyped right now. His only wins against legit opposition are Chisora (who'd had 7 losses at that point) and Zhang. Plenty of posts on this forum saying he could pose huge problems for Usyk but there's nothing in his resume to suggest that.

Shucks, I was one of his original fans and I think he is being spectacularly overhyped.

If this'll really be Chisora's last fight, in a way, it's perfectly fitting.

But man, Dubois is going to hurt him.
