    Fairly interesting video, well explained. This isn't just some random schnook on YouTube, for those unfamiliar with Jeffries. He was a decent 175lb prospect who retired undefeated (with a 9-0-1 pro record) due to injuries, a dozen or so years back. He was an Olympic bronze medalist and posted a victory at the Games over Eléider "Storm" Álvarez of Colombia, later a WBO light heavyweight champion.

    Whenever I would see those old timers with their mustaches and dad bods standing like doofuses, I would always think to myself why in the flying **** are they using that stance?
