Why on earth is Trevor Bryan so far up the WBA rankings?

For beating Stiverne? All of the other guys that are in the WBA rankings and Bryan is top? Seems crazy to me.

He's beaten no one of even Chisora level.

Good question, Don King must still have a few friends at the WBA.

That's all I can think it is.

    Why was Dinu #2 ?

Why was Christopher Lovejoy in their top 10 ?

Why do WBA have 5 heavyweight champions (super, regular, recess, interim, gold)

Because WBA are a sham of an organisation . An utter disgrace to boxing.

Because he has the illustrious, prestigious and highly coveted WBA Regular HW belt. Think about how rare that is. Neither Ali, Lewis, Tyson , Wlad, AJ, Fury or Wilder has ever been able to call themselves WBA Regular HW Champion. That’s an historical accomplishment buddy and shall be treated as such.

All jokes aside it wasn’t long ago that the WBA ranked a dead guy. So this is expected of them.

Why are people still surprised? WBA is the most fraudulent organization in boxing.

Not only the so called "champions" as mentioned before are terrible, but in the recent months they also did the following:

    - Rank the fraud Christopher Lovejoy in their top 15
    - Rank Chris Arreola (who was inactive for 2 years and hasn't beaten anyone decent in ages)
    - Rank Bogdan Dinu #4 (!) after beating 2 tomato cans
    - Rank Mike Wilson (a 38y old Cruiserweight journeyman with no decent wins) #13, just because he is facing Michael Hunter and they could sanction this fight as "eleminator" for who knows which title at this point...

Now that I almost forgot, they also took a bribe from Don King to let Stiverne participate in a "title fight", while Stiverne hasn't won a single fight since ... 2015

This is exactly what it is. King may be old but that means he's had more time to make allies. Look at what the WBC did with his boy Bermane Stiverne.

Not based on his display with a completely shot Stiverne who was really overweight even for him and hadn't fought in 2 years. It was actually embarrassing to see that fight get called a world title fight it was like watching 2 journeymen go at it. The fact it took Bryan 11 rounds to stop him was just plain sad. Bryan is just plain awful.

I read that as Dragon Kill Points and flashed back to my youth. The flashback lasted six hours and I suddenly craved Mountain Dew and Doritos. I’m forty three years old and haven’t had either in over two decades...

I don’t think the day can come fast enough where Don King Productions and the man himself no longer have any influence in this sport.
