Why Pac will KO Cotto

Ya Cotto's always had a shaky chin. He's also vulnerable to counter right hooks, straight left hands, and uppercuts.

since cotto has moved to welterweight his punch resistance has got alot better. this fights gona be a hard 1 to call

 

Plus Torres has legitmate power!!

 

Pacquiao is currently my favorite fighter, and it hurts me to say it, but he isn't going to win this fight. I keep trying to find reasons and excuses to say Manny will win, but I can't find that many. Cotto is just all wrong for him. Cotto has beaten guys way bigger an stronger than Pacquiao...I just...I'm trying hard, but I just can't see Pacquiao winning this one.

 

Yeah Cotto was having trouble making 140lbs. which made it difficult to take punches in that weight class.

 

Don't be ignorant man if Pac win it's going to be because he is an excellent fighter and has power. But Cotto chin is very good at WW. He took some of the best shots of Mosley without giving any signs of being stunned. He took the bricks for 11 rounds. His chin is very good at WW

 

I will say one thing...Cotto wasn't in the beginning of his career when he got rocked like that. When was the last time you say Manny that badly shaken? You haven't, because when he did, he was still a teenager fighting in his country, and nobody knew who the hell he was yet...

 

torres has power in either hand and was a late replacement for the original fighter cotto was supposed to fight..he didnt prepare to fight him and didnt know what his opponent brang to table....o yea how was the outcome of the fight(straight right hand to the chin that made him fold in half which is manny kryptonite) and plus cotto is ten times better now than what he was then...lame thread...another pac nut hugger

 

that fight was over 6 yrs ago...he was coming up still what are u talking about ...marquez had him doing the stanky in the second fight @ Mr.tony...that fight took place way after cotto- torres...get ya facts right b4 writing

 

hahah yeah Marquez made him dance the chicken dance for a while but Pac is mentally strong and proved that he has great chin in his fights with Marquez. That said Cotto Knock down people with Jab so it's going to be interesting match can wait to see it. I would say to the Pac fans to respect both fighters and to stop the bull**** about Cotto.

 

cotto's 'better' than the torres fight because he needed to go up a weight. my biggest concern for the pacman fight is that cotto is coming down to fight pac. if cotto's punch resistance is reduced as a result then that could be the biggest factor in this fight.

EDIT : cotto has improved since torres, but moving up in weight was a good thing for cotto.
