    Renyo,

just a little feedback on your post:

    1. He has fought everyone that matters in history for the division's he has fought? you aren't serious are you? you might want to take that one back cause you'll just get laughed at, again!

    2. Consistently seeks a bigger challenge. why wouldn't he give marquez a third fight then and instead opted to fight the ever dangerous david diaz at lightweight to get another meaningless belt? and after pacquiao beat diaz, marquez went up to lightweight to challenge pacquiao and pacquiao quickly, and i mean quickly left lightweight and fought an almost dead de la hoya. he has also ducked fighters like joan guzman and instead fought an older, two divisions smaller oscar larios, edwin valero, nate campbell, juan diaz (when diaz was an undefeated champion), and recently mosley at 140 and will only fight cotto at a catchweight. seeks bigger challenges my ass!!!

    3. Beats opponents who were soon as unimaginable wins. you think beating oscar, david diaz and ricky hatton were big deals? hell, marquez would have done the same. nate campbell would have done the same as well. david diaz was a horrible "champion", the oscar win doesn't count for crap (you know why), and ricky hatton was ripe for the taking. simply put, pacquiao hasn't done anything marquez wouldn't be able to do.

    4. Win or lose he puts on a spectacular performance. I'll give you that one. pacquiao is one of the most exciting fighters in the world at any weight class.

    5. Sasakul, Hussein, Ledwaba, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Oscar de la Hoya, Hatton and next Cotto? let's talk a little bit here:

    Sasakul - Sasakul who?

Hussein - pacquiao was LUCKY to win that fight. if it weren't for filipino referee Carlos Padilla to do a LONG COUNT pacquiao would have gotten KO'd.

Ledwaba - good win but no big deal.

Barrera - great win. had barrera been able to train properly he might have given a better account of himself. this is a WHAT IF fight. but not to take anything from pacquiao cause he beat barrera good.

Morales - too bad morales was at the tail end of his career because a over his prime morales gave pacquiao a nice little beating and boxing lesson. morales third fight showed morales was totally washed up and even you cannot deny that.

Marquez - if you really seriously feel pacquiao won both fights against marquez then i can't help you cause you are certainly a certified nuthugger. just because pacquiao was AWARDED the SD decision over marquez doesn't mean he beat him as most of the philippine press had marquez winning that fight and if the philippine press thinks pacquiao lost well...

de la Hoya - do you really seriously think oscar was in his prime when pacquiao raped him? do you actually think pacquiao beats a PRIME oscar?
only in the minds of nuthuggers i guess.

Hatton - very good win. i thought hatton might have been too strong for pacquiao but pacquiao proved everyone wrong and did a great job.

now let's talk about some of pacquiao's other fights or non-fights! he definitely wanted to quit against agapito sanchez. he kept looking to the referee so the ref could bail him out cause sanchez was manhandling him.

the oscar larios fight was a total farce. right before this fight joan guzman called in out numerous times but pacquiao wanted NO PART of him. a chicken move by pacquiao if you ask me.

after the second Marquez fight, another ***** move by pacquiao. even marquez had to travel to the philippines and call out pacquiao in front of all his countrymen but pacquiao still wouldn't face marquez because he knows he got an early christmas present from the judges courtesy of bob arum.

after pacquiao "beat" marquez, why did he opt to fight david diaz instead of the better lightweights like marquez did? pacquiao fought david diaz while marquez fought and ko'd casamayor (linear champ). i don't think pacquiao's balls are as big as marquez' huevos and you know it. simply put buddy, pacquiao has been carefully pitted against either older, weight drained or fighters on their way downhill. i know you love him with all your heart but i'll bet you at least 80 pct. of Eastsiders will agree with me.

    what say you!

Your point? Campbell still would have been a bigger threat than Oscar De La Hoya at 147 after leaving the division 6+ years.

Just accept the fact that 135 and up, Manny hasn't done **** except beat a paper champ, a weight drained shot fighter, and a overhyped/overrated club fighter who was for all intents and purposes KO'd by Juan Lazcano, after he hadn't fought in 2+ years and moved up in weight.

Only in your dreams! theses cocksuckers won't let go off MARQUEZ and FLOYD's dicks. It's like taking away lollipops from kids mouths. PACMAN doesn't need their approval nor appreciation... he doesn't have time for that. Let them rot with their HATRED. :hat

Beat the #2 p4p in the world marquez-won ring and wbc superfeatherweight
Destroyed diaz in his first fight at 135
Destroyed delahoya in his first fight at 147
Destroyed hatton in his first fight at 140

He is still improving and look like he keeps improving in every fight.

You're doing an awful lot of nitpicking. What you're trying to do is discredit wins and other boxers he has beaten. That's you're prerogative. But really do yourself a favor and use that same logic and opinion on other fighters you compare with Pac.

I'm not gonna break down your post cause there is no point. You obviously would feel this way no matter who he faces or what challenges he overcomes in the ring. Hindsight is a ***** and also a very easy excuse. He has consistently stepped up his level of opposition. He has climbed through so many weight divisions and continually improves. He has had difficulties in the ring and he trains harder, gets better and goes after bigger threats.

Some people on this forum are totally ridiculous. If pacquiao beats mayweather at 147 tomorrow by ko people will say PBF was rusty or some other crap. If pacquiao destroys cotto people will say cotto was weight drained, cotto was ruined by margarito, cotto wasnt really a very good fighter (scrapes past past prime mosley). Hell if pacquiao fought pavlik at 160 people would say hopkins ruined kelly and pavliks bad hands caused him to lose the fight.

The point is pacquiao KTFO the no1 140lber in two rounds. Yes two rounds. De la hoya who was clearly weight drained at 147 despite stating he felt stronger and faster than ever was nearly beaten to death in the ring by someone who started out as a flyweight, yes thats flyweight. I agree diaz was just a beltholder at 135, so therefore pacquiao did what a great fighter is supposed to do to a beltholder, beat the living crap out of him.

Im still amazed at the fact that pacquiao is even competitive with natural 140 lb fighters let alone knocking them out considering the weight classes hes come from. Enjoy the pacquiao express while it last because when manny retires it really will be the end of an era and an end to the p4p1 providing us with great dramatic fights one after the other.

:deal Totally agree. Even if manny fights pavlik or abraham and knocks them out people will still nitpick. (pavlik was never really that good, pavlik was ruined by hop, abraham was never really that good, abrahams style was made for pacquiao to look good against).

he is very exciting but I think it is funny how resumes can be so twisted...PBF has fought ODH, hatton, corrales, JLC x2, judah, gatti....so now u can actually say hatton ODH, morales esp the third fight, barrera...these guys matter yes but they were well past it and the big two were already beat by floyd...he is a great fighter and i think he will beta cotto who is also a little past his prime and a somewhat beaten man at this point...then floyd will reign supreme because he offers the skill that pac has never seen

he is not a TINY 140 lb fighter...he is very strong...if he wasn't he would not win fights...the guy is a beast no doubt...all respect to him but he is not going to beat floyd....

People need to knock it off with the 147lbs nonsense regarding Cotto. Pacman and his team wanted 143, Cotto demanded 145 and nothing less. Cotto got what HE asked for.

again...he is great no doubt...but how is the ODH win good and if it is then floyds was since ODH was nourished and weighed 13 more lbs than floyd and was coming off a great ko of mayorga at 154....diaz lol...dome on...floyd destroyed chico and gatti worse and they were better than DAVID DIAZ....so I will take pacs resume and say it is good...as long as u realize floyd's is...and head to head like we are all hoping floyd will do what JMM did in 16 rds of 24 for all 12 rds...prob stop him too
