    Exactly. Pac is on record saying he feels blood tests close to a fight weakened him long before the Mayweather camp invented these steroid allegations and demanded random blood tests all the way up to the fight.

    I can't see how Pac will ever agree to anything closer than a 14 cut off, seeing how much blood they took from Mosley.
