People have suspected the likes of Wladimir Klitschko and Mike Tyson aswell.
They agreed to random blood tests with a cut off period, I dont support their move, but I certainly know better than to point the finger at one of the sports beloved, almost as if hoping he's on gear. It's ridiculous, are you a boxing fan or a Floyd fan? I hope and believe Pacquiao is clean, and I do believe the fallthrough of negotiations were due to two big ego teams going at it, rather than Pacquiao and Roach refusal to to do it at all. After all, they've said if Floyd wins they are ready to go back to the table and negotiate a realistic cut off date for the tests.

Wrong. They and Arum have stated repeatedly that there will be no talk of blood testing at all in any future negotiation with Mayweather.

    :think

I have seen numerous videos where Roach repeatedly says he wants the fight, and wants to renegotiate if possible.

Arum is a promotor and a bitter old ****, I'll take Roach's word over his.

Pacquiao himself said directly after the Clottey fight and in later interviews that he would fight Mayweather only if the drug testing is the standard commisson drug testing. Roach has said the same, except when he 'proposed' the idea of Manny dropping the lawsuit in exchange for Mayweather dropping the testing.

If he's innocent, Pac made all the wrong moves to prove his doubters wrong.

If he's guilty, he made the right moves to protect his legacy and give his body some time off EPO, to take the Mayweather fight in the future. When you just come off a roid cycle your body is quite a bit weaker and you need to give it time so it can produce its own (endogenous) baseline testosterone/red blood levels.

Fair enough about all of those, but the 2nd part of the statement, 'even the ones we didn't think...'

    That doesn't make sense...

Provided PBF handles Mosley with some degree of brilliance, Manny WILL submit to drug tests. He WILL test clean and he WILL fight Floyd. Neither fighter wanted this fight in March. It's called posturing. The fight WILL happen. Late 2010.

FLOYD BACKED OFF OF USADA..SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE ONES PERFORMING THE TEST..LETS NOT FORGET...USADA WAS NOT GOING TO BE A PART OF THE MAYWEATHER-PACQUIAO FIGHT AS FLOYD BACKED OFF THAT PART OF THE DEMAND...I BELIEVE IT WAS GOING TO ONLY BE ONE BLOOD TEST UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT AND THAT WAS IT...NOT A BUNCH LIKE MOSLEY-MAYWEATHER IS DOING...NOT THAT IT SHOULD MATTER HOW MANY ANYWAYS CUZ ALL 3 ARE CLEAN TODAY RIGHT?

SO YEA DONT TRY AND PULL THE USADA CARD AND SAY "LOOK HOW MUCH TROUBLE THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH" TYPE OF BULL****..USADA WASN'T GONNA HANDLE IT AFTER MANNY BITCHED AND MOANED ENOUGH FLOYD BACKED OFF OF USADA AND JUST WANTED ONE "RANDOM" BLOOD TEST UP UNTIL 14 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT

DONT SEE WHATS WRONG WITH JUST ONE..SOMETHING IS SHADY ..HMMM

For fear of the fight going down the drain, the camp of Floyd Mayweather Jr. has softened up a bit on its position that an Olympic-style drug testing be mandated on Manny Pacquiao to ensure a level playing field, Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) Chief Executive Officer Richard Schaefer said on Saturday (Sunday in Manila).

“As long as there’s a blood test, as long as there’s a urine test and as long as it’s random, a [specificied] cutoff date is agreeable to us,” Schaefer told Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times. “We’re saying, ‘We’re OK,’ and we hope Pacquiao [and his promoter and trainer] are OK.”

actually you are very wrong with the date..as i recall roach repeatedly said that floyd wouldn't take the fight in march and they would fight formane.....their are numerous videos where floyd is bashing floyd saying he wont take the fight march 13th..than floyd agrees to fight march 13th so they came up with another excuse so they wouldn't get beat on march 13th..

So its one rule for Manny Pac, and another for all the other athlete's in other sports...

    Imagine if Usain Bolt stated..

"I'm not taking anymore random drug test"

    There would be chaos..!!

Manny Pac may have taken a blood test, but if you know when you are being blood tested.

It is so so so so so SO easy to pass the test.

Thats why Olympic style drug testing is used in most major sports.

Manny Pac is being a total *****....there is no two ways about it.
