Why Pay for the Diamond Belt?

    correct me if I'm wrong, but the WBC will skim a percentage off the purse. Why bother paying for this belt when the winner will already be recognized as champ by an accredited sanctioning body?

    They don't include the "diamond belt" as a legit title for HOF purposes right?

    because the average fan will think if a guy has a belt he must be a champ of something....

    how much do they get to sanction the "silver" title?

    probably people out there that think this guy is a champ of something, his belt looks like tysons old belt :)
