Why people dislike Haye

HYPE is part of boxing. When you want to be heard and recognized . . . all you have to do is make noise and call out the man on top.

So that's not unussual at all.

 

I don't dislike Haye but he's annoying because he hasn't done squat at HW and he's talking all this crap about how he would KO everyone. When you say stuff like that, you will naturally get people who don't like you. If he would just keep his mouth shut, he would get a better response from some of us.

 

I agree. Its a good sales technique. I wish more boxing fans would recognizer that thats all it is though. You got as lot of people on here raving about Haye's willingness to fight the best when all he's shown is a willingness to talk ****. As an American I know that my countrymen are the biggest assholes in the world about disrespecting European fighters and they're wrong for doing so but this time its all about him talking so much **** before he's done anything. Let him get in the ring and do something and I guarantee the American fans will respect him.

 

I don't dislike Haye. He's not doing himself any favors with the smarmy facial expressions though.

 

Haye has diarrhea of the mouth.
