This is a direct quote word for word from Porter this month

"You take into account everything that I've done up until this point, sparring with Manny Pacquiao, I mean, there's no better blueprint than that," said Porter

He gained invaluable experience from one of the very best and I am excited to see what his future holds

I enjoy Malignaggi's commentary a lot and he's very entertaining. But I was surprised how he quickly dismissed Porter's experience sparring Pacquiao and discrediting Pacquiao as a fighter. I'm sick of this golden boy-top rank cold war. You have guys on the GB side talking s*** about Pacquiao knowing full well they'll never have to worry about fighting him. Besides Mayweather, I have serious doubts whether any of these 147 contenders would stand a chance against Pacman.

None of the GBP WW would stand a chance against Pac, excluding ofcourse Floyd CATCHweather. Its Floyd then Pac, then rest of the TR/GBP WW's. :deal

    Porter is refreshing.

Have not heard him talk bad about anyone, he's as down to earth as they come.
Him and his father don't seem too keen on fighting Keith Thurman, however.

he reminds me a bit of prime Mosley and Tyson, a little raw, but his power, speed and movement is decent, also, he seems very well schooled, as he always sets up his assault with the jab

hopefully he isn't sporting the same material in his chin as Kirkland and becomes a P4P star in the future

It would be a stupid move by Golden Boy to have them fight each other this early when it could be FAR bigger later. I'd rather see them fight others and gain some hype till they eventually clash on a worthy PPV.

Its funny how Pauli dismissed Porter sparring with Pac as if it was nothing now he can eat his humble pie.

I wouldn't discredit someone who has talent like Porter's as well as sparring experience with an ATG. Another example of Paulie's mouth getting the best of him.

reminds me of Jeff Lacy. He needs some work on his D, although Paulie didn't have the power to hold him off.

I wonder now what Paulie thinks about sparring with Manny LMAO

It's crazy because I really like Malignaggi as a commentary and I think overall he's a real credit to the sport. But the way he lambasts Pacquiao is disrespectful. Malignaggi is 2-3 years younger than Pacquiao. Pacquiao's lost a little bit of power and his work rate is down some. However, He beats a PRIME champion fighter in Bradley and people are talking about how bad he looks, lol. Malignaggi would get dominated by Pacquiao. I think Bradley would beat Malignaggi also.

The fight that Bradley put on was bull****. He was swigging like a wild ass ***** and he still didn't get dominated unless you listen to Jim Lampley and Max Kellerman.
