So here's a perfect style comparison, selimov is a great boxer great footwork and technique, He's a very very low output boxer like rigo, he's slick to, but he's not on rigo's level overall and although slick isn't as elusive or punch as hard

Loma had massive problems in this fight and in my opinion lost this fight, I know he's beat selimov in aiba style, but it's different over 5 rounds

Especially at 124lb rigondeaux will beat loma no question, the weight is a big factor

    Why Rigo beats lomachenko

Selimov also puts loma down think its 8 minutes in, loma touches down with a knee

I think at this point the size is too much of a problem for Rigo unless Loma fought him at a catchweight. Bob has no interest to make this fight and Bob already ruined Rigos career after he exposed Donaire. Sad story.

Ur one of the very very few good and decent posters here, even the moderators are biased, the thing is selimov is not that big himself so at 124lb it's massively in rigos favor, selimov has nearly an identical style to rigo except he's not as good

It was a close fight, but Selimov is a great fighter, that doesn't necessarily means that Loma losses to Rigondeaux, in their second fight Lomachenko boxed beautifully against Selimov and outboxed him, so nothing is sure, also on the paper it seems like Selimov boxes like Rigondeaux just because they both are southpaws and counterpunchers, but they have different fighting styles.

You don't need to throw Loma under the bus to get back at that poster.
    1. They have completely different styles.
    2. Selimov forces the attack and gives you little space.
    3. Selimov has a very awkward style that defends well to the body
    4. Selimov is HUGE, look at him compared to Loma.
    5. Loma beat him and whoever sees otherwise really doesn't know how to score a fight. 4-1. Loma taxed that ass twice and earned points on the basis of more frequent punches from combinations, just overall the more quality work. Selimov even knew it when the decision was being announced, look at his expression.
    6. Loma suits a fight over 12 more than Selimov does. Loma has less rounds to figure Selimov out. Loma-Gamalier in the first few rounds were very, very close, same with Walters to a lesser extent, because Loma was trying to figure him out.
    7. Yes, at 124, Rigo probably beats Loma because Loma would be an absolute corpse. Great win. Sure, buddy.
    8. Rigo is screwed because he's a defensive counterpuncher, and also a midget one at that. I can just whip out any counterpuncher and say 'Loma beats Rigo because he whooped World Amateur Champion Vodopyanov's ass'.

Rigo gets his ass dropped by bums. Cordoba, Marroquin, Amagasa, looks like **** against Drian Francisco. Oh, defensive master. He's fought no one since Donaire (and was dropped) and is now dropping on the P4P list, and he's dropping boxing fans unconscious with his style. He is just dropping.

but this is pro style and over 5 rounds, selimov beat lomachenko there be honest, and selimov was outboxing loma, selimov is a great boxer but nowhere near rigos level, his style is virtually identical to rigondeaux, selimov is very low output if you watch any of his fights, rigo is better defensively at rigo's weight he wins everyday of the weight!

but as far as styles you would struggle to find anyone who fights more like rigo than selimov does

LMAO! Dude Loma didn't even come close to getting dropped that whole fight. "8 minutes in" LOL... Nothing happened! There is something seriously wrong with you. And didn't you say Selimov is a fighter "Nobody heard of" in another thread?? He's won a world championship with many other accomplishments there ******. And Loma beat him TWICE.

And if you can't see that Loma has improved a lot since this fight here... then... well I'm not surprised. You're delusional and messed up in the head.
